Saw your post on Chuunin, thought I'd say hello. I don't have many friends on LJ either. Read the two chapters of Mariposa. It is interesting, but I don't think it is my kind of thing. Try not to hold it against me!
I like a lot of random, varied things, so it's sort of hard to say exactly what I do like. Let's see, I like stories with a lot of subtext and symbolism. One of my favorites is a story about Ino with a lot of floriography references. I also like stories that are more like studies of people using the characters. If that makes any sense. They detail all the little things people do while talking or interacting that the characters pick up on

I love the Naruto world but some of the characters personalities I just can't stand so I say I teak them in to OOC and leave a bit of the original but others say it's a completely different character with their name pasted. I respect everyone's opinon. I like stories that frustrated you but make you want to keep reading. Like stories that drive so strong on one feeling that you almost can't take it. Not that crappy fluff and really sappy stuff. Really good plot is a necessity symbolism is a bonus. I don't have the abilty to write the characters in the Naruto world but only in ours with random careers.
