cheers to focusing on the beauty of walking alone to fill in the gaps... perhaps the gap is all in our minds in the end...

I have a t shirt that says "gap the mind" on it.
it makes fun of the sign on the door on the TTC subways.

and even further to Arcturus... anonymous January 1 2005, 19:38:54 UTC
is there a TCM significance to chronic excema like dryiness behind the right earlobe?

the carpal tunnell is getting real bad... there is a TCM clinic here that does 90 mins for only 25$ though....

my last client who had carpal tunnel released a great deal of it while processing some heavy emotions surrounding power dynamics with an authority figure, and the emotional guarding that results in the victim of abuse of power.
She had amazing results from horseback riding (whcih was a positive childhood memory mixed with exercise and connecting with nature).
Tendons usually contract due to lack of liver yin, which is tied in with with karma/feelings of alienation with external factors due to unforgiven grasping or aversion.
The gall bladder meridian, which is tied in very closely with the liver, runs behind the ears (and into the temples) as well.
perhaps you have given me a number of clues already.
the remedy: tonglen, more water, and purer food (ie) less additives/harsh chemicals, gentle stretching and mild cardiovascular exercise.
of these tonglen would be the most effective.
also 25$ for 90 mins of acupuncture is a STEAL!
I charge 60$(canadian) for an hour of shiatsu (45$ for students).

tonglen?

the 25$ is because students give the treatments under an actual experienved doctor's supervision.

thanks for the tips!
