[Author's Note] So this isn't supposed to be a crack!fic or anything, this is based on a true story that happened to me. XD I was thinking of making this a mini-series or something but I don't know... Please give me feedback so I can improve! ^u^ Don't be too harsh though. :Y Just kidding, but feedback I can use. I think I need to work better on dialogue but I'm not sure. Hyukjae is based on me, and so is Sungmin. XD You can judge me. Please point out any errors as well.
In the early morning on Wednesday, Lee Hyukjae was up and awake. Having already done all his morning routines, he was staring at his phone to relieve boredom. It was currently 4 in the morning and school starts at 8. So one would probably wonder why he’s up so early.
To put it bluntly, Hyukjae loves the tranquility about the condominium, the dark sky, and he has close to 4 hours to make sure he’s got everything he’d need for school. His pencils neatly stacked, papers all sorted out, his binder free of pencil marks, and of course his homework.
To others, this could be a beautiful way to wake up and start the day fresh. And really, it was, but there was a slight problem. A problem named Lee Sungmin. Hyukjae would probably describe their relationship as standard acquaintances. Nothing more, nothing less. This doesn't seem to be too bad at first, but then you’d see how many problems occur because of their different personalities. Not to mention their strange habits.
A bad habit Sungmin had was that if he wasn't fully awake, he could seem extremely drunk. Also, their differences.
One example being, Hyukjae pees with the door closed, Sungmin sometimes does.
And that’s exactly what happened just then. Hyukjae had the sudden urge to go to the bathroom. There were 2 bathrooms in the condo, one in their room, and the other near the kitchen. Because the bedroom was closer, and Sungmin was most likely still sleeping, he silently crept into the bedroom.
Twisting the doorknob of the bathroom door he was greeted with a Sungmin sitting on the toilet,clad in his sky blue nightgown. There was a loud,audible gasp and their eyes met. Upon closer inspection, there were tears in Sungmin’s eyes.
Hyukjae’s first thought was to get out of there but then he saw the tears and immediately was worried.
“Sungmin are you okay?”
“Hyukjae, do you ever have that fantastic pee that gives you so many feelings?”
“What?”
“My piss just now was just- so amazing. It felt so good it made me cry.”
“Are you drunk?”
"I feel so good right now, I mean, who knew peeing could give you so many feelings?"
"You went out partying didn't you..."
"Of course not!"
Sungmin giggled and abruptly stood up, fortunately his night gown covered him "down there" and he brought his hand to Hyukjae's face. His eyes didn't look so entirely focused and he looked as if he could just collapse any minute but he still spoke, and Hyukjae still understood.
“Hyukjae, I love you.”
With those words Hyukjae blushed and was speechless. His eyes turned to the floor and he tried to speak coherently. The hand left his face and he thought Sungmin must be blushing as well.
“Uhm… I'm not sure what to say, no one’s ever loved me before and all, and you're a really great guy Sungmin…”
And when Hyukjae looked up, Sungmin was gone. Hyukjae blinked. The toilet was flushed but no one was there. Hyukjae looked into the bedroom and saw Sungmin asleep again in his bed. Hyukjae sighed. It was too early for Sungmin to be fully awake. He'd probably forget everything by the time school started.
