I must say when passing through you page, i realized how much a person could hate someone they don't even know. I don't take you comments lightely, but then again i must say it is a free country and we are all granted word of mouth. Go ahead, say what you must say, but its the internet baby and people will invent all kinds of new ways to speak to eachother, just using our creative minds. Or in others cases, they find it as away to rebel against the system. Your peeve is pointless, i must say. And ur referance to what you call "ghetto" talk is quite nauseating as well. I hope you know, from any other persons view, what you had recently said in your article seems to be a hate towards "black" people, because you know damn well 99.9% of people who speak "ghetto" are of african american and even hispanic decent. And as a minority of all different nationalities, including a tad bit of irish in me, i take that to offence like you wouldn't believe. It's people like you that have "us" hating your kind. But then again, freedom of

In my peeve about the "ghetto" writing i never made a comment about hating "black" people or any type of people for that matter. If you want to assume that by me calling it "ghetto" is a hate against anybody who in your eyes are "ghetto" then go right ahead. I called the style of writing "ghetto" because i was at a loss of words of what to call it and "ghetto" was one of the first things to pop into my head. If you actually know the name of that writing style, i would be quite interested to know

hmnn. a lot of interesting shit here. but it all adds up to someone who's just a little bit too concerned with something that has nothing to do with her

OK. This entry wasn't made to express some hatred that everyone apparently thinks i have for black people. This entry was made for me to express the fact that i don't like a certain style of writing. I don't hate the people who write like that, i hate the style. Because i don't understand it, literally. If someone writes like that to me, i have no idea what they are trying to tell me.
Granted, I will give you the point that you made that people not being able to spell isn't the rap communities part. I think that came out differently than what i was thinking. Also, i didn't mean to blame the rap community for all problems, it was more of an example than a blame, although it didn't look that way.
As for you talking about sleeping through class or whatever, i'll just chalk that up to you talking out of your ass.
Ok you seem to be an educated person however you do come off as a tad bit ignorant and what you said did sound like a very racial comment. i understand you said you did not mean it the way people have interpreted it but what you should understand is that any minority would get offended at reading that.society has stereotyped them as being ignorant, ghetto and other negative connotations for years and those of us who are anything but that have to live daily trying to prove ourselves. so as the educated person you are trying to point out you are you should take this into consideration because the same way you can take a job from someone that doesn't write english properly or so called "ghetto" you can also lose the job for such an ignorant and racial statement as that.
O God more ignorant white people...why???

First off slang does cross racial barriers and Negros arent the only ones that take part in its usage. The word that come out of my mouth shouldnt at all affect your speech habits if you are as well educated as you say you are. You ignore all of the intelligent black people and focus on the negativity like every other quasi-white supremacists that comes along. An ever more deviant crime than poor grammar is ignorance, and its obvious that you bask in yours. AS far as putting "A's" where "E's", it is not always necessary to be formal. Formal language is for formal occasions and not when im chillen with mah niggaz nah mean???? Lol...Rap is expressive...its very typical for a white person to blame anything on the rap because thats their only perception of negros. honestly i dont recall the last time i uttered anything ending in "izzle" and if i did so the fuck what its my perogative. you really need to keep an open mind or just chill god damn its really not that serious. If i commented on every depressing acid/cocaine induced rock and

oh stop your whining. i don't use your precious "n" word, i was making an example of a typical rap song i hear everyday. I'm sure you say cracker a lot more than i say nigger. ::gasp:: did she say it? LYKE OMGZ SHE DIID!!!!!111oneone!!
i don't ignore intelligent black people. i know a lot of intelligent black people and i think they're great. but if i mentioned every intelligent black person then some hispanic person would yell at me for not mentioning them and so on and so forth and it'd be a never ending battle. if you think by me using the word "ghetto" is referring to black people then that's your fucking problem not mine. not once in my goddamn entry did i mention black people.
and i'm not going to swallow my words, because you did not prove anything to me. and if your friends are as intelligent as you, i'm sure i'd do fine in a conversation with them.
go ahead and make fun of all the depressing acid/cocaine induced rock and roll songs...i don't like them anyway.
hi roomie. i aint gon lie i definitely found this offensive. i mean you do sorta have a point with the part about people writing funny. sometimes its annoying but its hard for me to complain when i knoe that i do it myself sumtimes. but when u started talkin about the rap community it was offensive and didnt make sense

I think this is racist and ignorant. Your total ignorance on the subject made you say a racist comment. The word ghetto has a bad connotation and is usually associated with blacks. Not only did your selection of the word ghetto to describe people's way of typing(subliminally calling it a black behavior) or out right said it later on. You actually tried to place the blame on this type of speech or grammar on the rap and black community even though the majority of those commmunities were not on the internet in the early and mid 90's. Now, I don't think everyone in your imaginary ghetto could afford a computer and internet to corrupt the internets language system.I was fortunate enough to get on the internet in late 90's and the way of typing you speak of was called talking elite or l33t. Read an article about it
