rant
This girl named Ruth at school isn't talking to Ryan because he's taking me to prom and she hates me (for whatever reason. I don't even know why). They're friends and Ryan's upset because she's mad at him, so he might cancel going to prom with me to spare Ruth's feelings. I understand why he'd want to do this, but Ruth needs to grow up a little bit. I know she's sensitive and all that shit, but not talking to a good friend just because they're going on a date with someone you don't like...? To me, that seems rather childish. If I acted like this every time something like that happened to me, I'd never be talking to half of my friends. I hope Ryan can talk to her and figure out what she's so upset about. If not... does anyone want to go to prom? ;_____;
//eta// I really like Ryan, and I really hope he doesn't have to cancel our plans to go to prom. If he does, I think I'll just stay home; I don't want to go alone again, and I can't think of anyone else to go with. The last thing I need right now is more stress from something like this, but it's my life-- did I expect something was going to go smoothly for once? I guess I did. Too fucking bad, Saiya.
