Still adjusting...

For those of you in the know (which means all of you who read this, not "this" the journal "this" the sentence) I recently came back from a week spent in the Irish countryside. you just have to stay awake till like 10 or 11 as opposed to going to sleep at 8 to fix it no biggie desu

This weekend, try to stay up all night and just hold out until the following night. That always used to work whenever I fubared my sleeping pattern, and it worked for me when I got back from England as well.

Soda helps.

Nice pictures! I especially like the one with the two goats. As far as adjusting I'd say it's a slow deal. I mean you'll probably feel fine next week as long as you try staying up (like go out somewhere tonight ^^) and then you probably won't wake up at 3am. Get yourself good and exhausted!

I know I went to Italy last Jan for 10 days and I didn't have time to feel out of it because I had to immediately start student teaching. Of course I got really sick and everything, so maybe the slow adjustment is a better course. :D

Thanks! The pictures quality are all due (as always) to my sisters fantastic camera. And thanks for the advice. I ended up staying up late on saturday thanks to a hefty dose of caffeine and i seem to be on track again ;)

thanks! :) as for the helmet...a mutual former school mate of ours asked me to paint his snowboarding helmet to match his jacket. it seems like its going to be a fun (& challenging) project. Spray Paint!
