have days that start out one way and end up another?

Today has been one of those!  The day was good and full of productivity until suddenly it wasn't and my head felt like it had been mashed.

I guess its to be expected right now that my emotional state is less than balanced but its still really weird!!

Anyway tomorrow is another day :-D

Frequently! I sometimes wonder why I make plans as they will go astray... and as for daring to think things are going well, well that is just tempting things/my health to crash and burn :)
