Last Thursday, I started feeling sick. I was coughing, with chest congestion, like a chest cold. By Friday morning, it was bad enough that I took some Mucinex. That seemed to help for a little while. I know all too well about hospital stays and not being able to recover your strength after an extended stay. My health has been getting worse and worse ever since 2005 when I first had my first gastroparesis attack. I have had many hospitalizations since then and each one seems to move me closer to the grave! It's been almost a month since my last hospitalization. It was scary, but not as bad as what you went through! omg. Now I am on a strict diet and exercise regimen and getting stronger. I hope some day I will be able to leave my wheelchair behind completely. In fact, today I walked for 20 minutes on the treadmill! So thank the powers that be for small miracles, eh? I am so glad you are still with us. Even though we've never had a chance to meet up in person I still hope that day will come. We both have to stay strong and healthy. *hugs* I hope you get to feeling better soon.
