those things are terrible.. I was on them for awhile and I'm scared because my friend who graduated Albany Law last year has a job clerking for a court in New Jersey (where the company that makes Nuva ring is incorporated) and they have a huge Tort action against them because girls are dying from that shit. She told me a couple weeks ago and I was like "yikes." Good for you for listening to your body!
