Naruto dub, Episodes 1 and 2

My non-spoilery opinion is that the dub doesn't suck. They cut out the nosebleeds for some reason, and I'm not really sold on Naurto's and Iruka's voice-actors, but they aren't horrible and the person dubbing Konohamaru did an excellent job

You know they will. The days of light-hearted American gender-bending are far behind us.

re: Iruka's voice actor-- I quite liked it. He seems heroic and yet laid-back, chatty. It gives me a different sense of the character.

re: Naruto's voice actor-- eh. It sounds like an old woman. Especially when s/he laughs, at which point I become worried that Naruto has been chain-smoking for the last forty years. Still, it's alright. Overall, I was charmed. I'm with you.

Seriously, if they mess up anything relating to Zabuza and Haku, ie the pure, pure love of a man and his tool, I shall be very angry.

I mean, I loved me some Sailor Moon, but even my young self knew there was something up with Zoicite the very flat chested woman, who was in love with fellow general Kunzite.

What the hell happened to my other comment? Anyway, just pretend I said something pithy regarding my devotion to Zabuza and Haku's pure, true love and also tried to make a not very funny "tool" joke.
