YAY wedding cakes!
Wedding cake week is this week! I am so very very excited! I went on saturday and got all the pretty shiney colors I need to beautify my cake. Today is pate au choux, tomorrow is crocombushe (yeah I can't spell in french). Then wedding cakes from then on! My butter cream takes 6 pounds of butter... my chiffon has 18 teaspoons of vanilla. Damn Bitch
