Long skirts?

I'm getting some knee braces, and they're bulky. They'll be impossible or impractical to wear with almost every pair of pants that I own now. And, well, pretty much all I ever wear is pants. I'm thinking some ankle length skirts would make good additions to my wardrobe, since I don't don't own any. Anyone getting rid of some?

I can do you one better than that... Give me your waist measurement and the measurement from your waist to the tops of your ankles and I'll whip up a couple
of easy-to-wear gawthy ones this Spring Break with the yardage I have.

I like blue, but anything dark enough not to show stains would be dandy!

Yes, I know, but those are for your clubbing in. I'm not used to wearing skirts, I'm gonna be closing these in car doors and snagging them on every peice of shrubbery I pass by.

Huh. I have no mesurement tools in this house of any kind. We had two tape measures when we were movng in.. where did they go? And where do you measure for "waist" anyway? But a peice of letter-sized paper is 11" long, right? In that case the thinnest bit on me is about 31".

I fear your panda·pouncing days may be behind you...
...not sure if I'm happy or sad about that.

Try not to trip, I've known folks that wear that sorta thing all de time and still manage to snag their feet on them.

Yes.. you're likely correct. I've sorta made my peace with that. The important thing is to keep myself as cohesive as possible. :)
