I'll have to get them out of storage if you want exact measurements, but I can give you estimates. Let me know if you need exact and I'll take care of it for you tomorrow. ^^

Kuroneko is about 4-5 inches tall, but he's currently on hold for someone. If she doesn't get back to me in a few days, I'll let you know.

ChiChaiMonchan is a small plush, only around 3-4 inches tall. Pucca is a bigger plush, around 8-10 inches tall. If you know UFO Catcher plush sizes, I'd say she's more around the size of a DX UFO Catcher plush (but she is not a UFO plush - I got her in the local China Town).
