Omg! I am so sorry! If the box was open, it was probably due to customs. I have NO control over that. You were an international customer and customs sometimes opens boxes to "inspect" them. I think it's awful because they can take what they want or do what they want, and if the package is not insured, then there's nothing that can be done. T_T But of course, no international buyer wants to pay $20-$30 for shipping just so their $13 purchase can be insured. x_x
But what I will do is refund you for the Roy figure since it wasn't in the package. I'm so sorry this happened. I wish you would have told me before leaving me a negative feedback though. I would have refunded your money for the Roy figure first. I really have no control what they do at customs, and I packaged the figures very well individually in bubble wrap and taped the box very securely. =( But if customs wants to open the box, they will. x_x
