Dude I'm hating my enV too. If I hold it just wrong, it shuts off. Pisses me off. I'm waiting til we have money then I'm gonna upgrade, I think if it's been like a certain amount of time (idk how long) you can get the 2yr discount on a phone if you pay $20. That's what they told me when I went in. We've had our plan like a year and a half-ish?

Mine shuts off randomly too! Geez that's crazy. I should go in and ask about upgrading. I think I've had my plan for just alittle over a year. :/ But it's worth a try. I can't stand the enV anymore! lol
