Summary: Chinen, Yamada and Yuto are schoolmates in the same class. Something develops between Chinen and Yamada.
"Hey Chii! i have something to ask you"
Yuto bounced over to Chinen who was sitting at the class bench diligently doing his assignment.
Sitting down beside Chinen, he laid again his shoulders.
"What is it Yuto"
Chinen turned around to Yuto, who was busy turning his drumstick in the air.
They were friends ever since kindergarden and had shared every little secrets between each other ever since they dropped their first milk teeth.
"Well, simply put it..."
Yuto closed the foolscap paper Chinen was using and pointed his drum-sticks towards Chinen's face.
"Do you, or do you not, Chinen Yuri, like Mr Yamada Ryosuke?"
Yuto held out his drumstick like a reporter's mic, waiting for Chinen's answer.
Chinen turned around.
"mou wakaranai"
he pouts.
"well i enjoy the time with him though"
"AH-HAH! SO YOU HAVE FEELINGS FOR HIM!"
exclaimed Yuto as he threw his drumsticks down on the table.
Chinen jumped.
"I DONT! I JUST ENJOY THE TIME WITH HIM. well i mean, i do wait for his messages sometimes. just……SOMETIMES."
Yuto heard that faint mumble from his friend's mouth.
"OH WELLS! GAMBATTE NEH CHII, IT WILL : DEVELOP!"
and with that, Yuto ran off, leaving Chinen alone at the class bench again.
Moments later, he felt someone patting him on his shoulder.
He turned around…
"CHINEN! done with your work??? LETS GO HOME TOGETHER! Yuto's waiting at the gate"
It was Yama-chan.
"HAII! i need to pack my bag first…WAIT FOR ME"
"AHHH YOU'RE TOO SLOW LET ME HELP YOU"
Yama-chan reached out to help Chinen with his pencil case and foolscap paper.
Their fingers rubbed against each other as both of them reached for the foolscap.
Yama-chan quickly pulled back his finger.
Face flushed, he turned around, back facing Chinen and saw Yuto winking at him from the side.
"YUTO! SINCE…SINCE WHEN DID YOU……"
Yama-chan exclaimed.
"finger touchy touchy ehhhhh. totally saw that Yamada"
Yuto whishpered.
Yama-chan's face turned redder.
"HAIII! IM DONE. LETS GO!"
Chinen stood up from his sit, turning around and knocked into yamada's back.
"ITAI!"
Chinen rubs his head.
Yama-chan was now as red as a tomato.
The threesome took the same bus home, with Yuto alighting first, then Yamada then Chinen.
Yuto had deliberately sat behind the both of them on the bus, letting them sit together.
"YAMACHAN! lend me your iphone4 pleaseeeeeeee"
"ah….here…"
Their fingers brushed pass each other again.
Silence.
"EEEEEH YAMA-CHAN! STOP LOOKING AT MY GAME!"
Yamada was peaking over Chinen's shoulder, curious of what Chinen was playing.
"SHARE CHII! I WANNA PLAY TOOOO!!!!"
yamada pouts and poked Chinen's ribcage.
"ITAI! YAMACHAN!"
Chinen pokes back.
The bus was suddenly filled with the laughter of Chinen and Yamada as they started playing the "STOP POKING MY RIB OR I'LL POKE YOURS BACK" game.
Yuto was observing behind them.
A smile creeped across his face…
He awaits the next bus ride.
