Sam ticks them off. "Fire spurts, sinking sand..." Dean cuts him off with a groan. "If you say R.O.U.S.'s I'll kill you." Sam stays silent.

"I'd love a good cheeseburger," Dean moans, laying on the bed. "As you wish," Cas says and disappears.

Sam waits until the door closes behind him, then glides up behind his brother. "Humperdinck!" he says, loudly. Dean jumps and glares at him.

"Great," Dean mutters. "All that work and now he's dead." Cas tilts his head. "He is only mostly dead, Dean."

"What is that?!" Dean shouts, pointing. Both Sam and Cas turn to look and he quickly swaps Cas' tonic for his tequila.

"What happened next?" Dean prompts. Sam pouts. "Some old lady started calling me the queen of filth and refuse."

"It could be a trap, Dean..." Sam says, worried. "I think everything's a trap," Dean tells him. "It's why I'm still alive."

Dean blinks down at the YED's hand. "You've got six fingers on your right hand," he observes. "Someone was looking for you."

Sam holds a hand against the wound in his stomach and glares at the YED. "My name is Sam Winchester. You killed my father. Prepare to die."

Sam glares at the little man. "I'm on the brute squad," he threatens. The little man looks up at him. "You are the brute squad."

"You were dead!" Dean exclaims. Cas smiles softly at him. "Death cannot stop true love, only delay it for a while."

"To the death. Yes, I get it it alr--" "No!" Dean corrects. "To the pain." The demon pauses. "I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that phrase."

Cas looks askance at the 'pill.' "That is a miracle pill?" Sam looks at him. "The chocolate makes it go down easier," he explains.
