I'm not sure I want to know how you can possibly create an entire movie out of this book.
Nowadays, movie industry just tries to make as much money as possible by using up every single well-known children's book.

People who don't have any respect for the stories turn them into films to make money, and they lose what made people love the book in the first place.
And to appeal the youth today, they try to make it appear especially "modern" - which never seems to work out, as it normally destroys all the charm, as you said.

I'm not exactly sure how I made it through all three books. Molly and I read it out loud, so that we could take breaks and do other things while listening. We like to be enraged about stupidity, apparently. And to correct mistakes.
I recommend the movies, as they are really really awful. It is very entertaining to see vampires with lots of white make up whose actors all refuse to act, because they know what they're doing is stupid.

I laughed HARD at the Twilight one.
I hate how pics from that movie keep showing up in random and completely unrelated google image searches (a friend of mine was recently looking for Hetalia pics and seriously how did THAT get mixed up woth Twilight!?).

The only problem is that I couldn't pass the Card Game foreplay... and that I am probably as scared and uptight as Seto, but I am not as competitive, so I'd just --- not do it.

Most epic and yet oddly fitting description of Yami and Seto's duels. XD But not to worry, after losing (which Seto always does anyway) you'd just have to hang around long enough. Yami's motivation is on your side, it's not like you have to convince him. *smirk*

XD You're right. But Seto wouldn't give in to the urge to run away. He would think he has to prove something to Yami and at least give him a fight. ;)

I can't handle the sexy that is Yami - not in Seto's oversensitive body, anyway.
