I am so sick of living in an apartment with a mouse problem. Whenever i think I'm finally safe again, the fuckers turn up. Last night I'm like 95% sure I saw one with my peripheral vision. I know I heard one chewing something under my bed last night too (not the first time, either. So today I cleaned out under my bed. The only stuff under there now

I did call the landlord about the dogs a while ago, and while he gave them a notice to get rid of them in 10 days or be evicted, they didn't listen nor did he follow up right away. But he called me today, and asked if they still had the dogs, and I said definitely. So, I'm hoping he follows up, and I'm hoping it doesn't cause me / us to be harrassed for "snitching."

Well that's good to know, sorta. D: And as long as the landlord doesn't say who ratted them out, pardon the expression considering the rest of the post, I think we'll be fine. -ANYONE-, more accurately -EVERYONE- in the building knows they have birds and dogs.

I really hope he boots their sorry asses.

They were cool about not telling how they were tipped off, but after he came the first time, after he left the woman started yelling through the door, clearly at me, saying like "You're noisier than the dogs, I pay rent too blah blah blah." They just don't like us / me for no good reason, yet are too stupid to do anything but bitch behind closed doors instead of talking like people, and that's what bugs me.

That is a) really fucked up, b) stupid, and c)really mature of her. I still can't get over the husband telling you "This is fucking Brooklyn, get used to it."

Just because it's Brooklyn doesn't give you and your hooligan children license to go apeshit at all hours.
