Woke up way too early today and still ended up late at the orthodontist appointment. Today was D-day. I had my braces removed after a little over 1.5 years. The whole process took 3 hours. They had to pulverize the porcelain and by the end my face was covered in white powder (even my eyelashes). I looked like a Geisha. My doctor hugged me and ( Read more... )

No more braces? Cool, but I kinda liked em-- how am I gonna recognize you now? You're gonna hafta wear a red rose or somethin' next time I'm in town...

You guys check LJ for comments before e-mail? Don't you trust e-mail to keep you up to date on the replies to your posts? Or do you check LJ just to *make sure* you don't actually have comments that LJ simply forgot to forward to you?
