My doctor said that, if I do not go into counseling again, she will no longer give me my psych meds. I've grown wary of cookie-cutter counselors/psychiatrists over the years, so I ignored the list of referrals and contacted Alternative Counseling of Stoughton. I had my first appointment yesterday. Not long into the session, I could tell that
