.....but I've just spoken to one of my best friends, who is going through a very difficult time at the moment who has informed that she is just back from hospital having taken an overdose of amitryptiline (sp) washed down with a bottle of champagne, then a bottle of red wine

That's really scary. I'm assuming it's who I think it is, and if so I'm really sorry to hear things haven't improved for her.

Makes me feel guilty for grumbling about being fat etc!
