Life has been extremely busy since getting back from Poland. It took me a week of working like an eejit to catch up with all the work that had built up whilst I was away. Plus the fact they are happily dumping more and more stuff on me, so I habitually work through my lunch without a break to get it all done. This sort of thing has got to stop.

*hugs* Aww. Maybe it will be third time lucky for Pat! I hope so. I think you need to be quite firm with the people at work and insist on that lunch break, it is quite essential! *hug*
