:) Check to see if your shoulders are tight, and the neck area? I know you've been busy lately! Usually they are and cause (or are caused) by the killer headaches .. taking a hot shower or putting a hot blanket/hot gel pack on the muscles will help relax them and ease up the tension and pressure a bit. Massage is also good but I never know anybody who'll sit and massage me for as long as I want it *heh*

That... wow, that sounds so good. I still have my headache (but figured out why... female monthly bullshit) and a massage + all the rest would just make me go to sleep, and that is good. Sadly, the hubby is sleeping.
