so e's dad always walks around with a few random pieces of paper folded up in his pocket so that he can jot things down during the day. the other week i saw this mini pocket notebook thing - it was like a mini notebook with a pen attached next to it. the whole thing was a light blue, and the notebook had a protective cover/flap. it was an all-in- ( Read more... )

Barnes and Knoble sell 'Moleskin' notebooks. They don't have pens attached, but they're small and way way cool. They're my favorite.

those are nice, but they're too big and too thick. what i saw was like a thin little notepad that can just slip in your pants pocket.

Yeah, these are not thin and bendable, but they do fit in men's pockets. My ex used to carry his around in his back pocket. Also, the band is pretty tight, so you can attach a small pen or pencil to it and it'll stay in place. And they all have a little pocket on the inside of the back cover, which is pretty handy.

If you're in a bind, you could consider it, I guess. Everyone I've ever showed one to has kind of flipped over them.
