If hard times are the times you learn the most then I'm a fucking genius! But you're right. They are the times that I have grown the most. But sometimes I worry they also make me regress

well i do do spontaneous things, that is why I am saying this is crazy, because I am easily bored with everything. but yes, i had a long talk with my friend greg tonight over some wine and he also said figure out how to conquer a fear. I dont know what I am afraid of, i just feel like an exstential zombie. conpletely detached. maybe that is ok. i'm gonna wait it out, but i want the nightmares to end.

yeah I felt the same way when they put me on anti-depressents. I understand. It doesn't even have to be a big fear. Just do something you wouldn't ordinarily do. I love you.
