Good one! I've met too many guys who are almost seething with hatred for women while also being in a weird sort of worshipful, permanently frightened state around the female clan.

My "homeboy" (cha, whaddyup, hommmeesyyylice) would be my dad, who's teaching me how to plant a garden the right way and how to always change the oil in the car. He can fix just about anything he gets a hold of, and that's something you don't see anymore. His generation of Do-It-Yourselfers, Save-Your-Money, and Always-Be-Prepared-For-The-Worst is a dying breed.
