Well, I no longer work at T. Whittaker Tobaccos. It's weird, and I'll miss a lot of people. I've built some pretty strong relationships with customers and co-workers there, and it's going to feel odd not to go there except as a customer. They are pretty liberal with training overtime, so if you ever want to ride in with me let me know. I'm there 12:30 - 9.
It's doubtful we'll get the same lunch schedule, but mine's 4:30-5 each day.
I know the stress of changing jobs and starting something new. A nice transition here is that most of the training is self paced and self directed, which I found to be agreeable as I struggle to string 8 productive hours together, then rinse and repeat ad nauseum. Okay, so working is not my first love, but I've been pretty okay so far. Ask me how I'm doing Monday when I have many needy customers!!! Love of people, fear of people. Hmmm.
