and how unprofessional. To hear my boss tell me that my co workers and her employees are talking about me. As if me not knowing was affecting the way I work.

I know you're upset (and rightfully so), but not everyone is comfortable with so-called alternative lifestyles... So don't read too much into that. And, on the upside, it sounds like she's willing to support you, should any issues arise.

As for the clocking you out early, if you lost more than 15 minutes, I'd raise a fuss about it.

yeah, hopefully thats how she meant it to come across... that she was wiling to support me, but the way she said it seemed that she was really uncomfortable with being around me.

I'm not going to bring the subject up unless I feel a strong need to, or if it is brought up due to other people's questioning. It just bugged me that she felt the need to even tell me. Its understandable, if she's looking out for me. I just dont want it to become an issue.

oh, and I really need your help with my myspace profile... if you wanna take a look at it: on the three grey pilars I want to be floating centered brown text, I'll place my images myself, but i just dont know the codes for the the following:

turning the bottom (x axis)scrollbar off
where to put the text codes (centered, brown, font...)
and how to get my comment box to work.

anyway, atleast check it out and lemme know what you think. Right now there should be borders around the three pilars, but they will be gone. It will just be floating brown centered text when I'm done with links scattered.
