I've been spending my week alternating job listings searches and playing video games. Apparently there is a career fair near the end of January in Boulder at my old college. Very tempted to go, but if I somehow DO get hired for something I'd have to move back. I'd LOVE living in Boulder but would not love paying for it or the snow /)_(\ but might

Wha hey i think FF12 is awesome and is the only title in the whole FF franchise with game mechanics that doesn't put me to sleep! But 12 isn't popular with the masses for some reason oh well 8C

I think FF12 is just one of those "love it or hate it" titles; it was the only FF with game mechanics that DID put me to sleep orz I like my good 'ol traditional turn based combat. In FF12 I had such an efficient gambit system set up that I could just guide my characters around with my foot while doing something else and beat the game with no effort at all orz

Holy shit, the characters in Final Fantasy XIII seem to talk like actual people. :O The game looks shiny~

As for the other, that's even worse than AO's Prince of Tennis dub. XD I want to play this game, too.

yeah, the body movements are a lot less.. robotic than past FF games :O
I hear most of the game is more like watching a movie instead of playing a game, so at least it will be a shiny movie :D

I miss the Prince of Tennis dub XD; Did they ever make it past the Hyotei arc, or did the staff finally give up and commit mass suicide?

i need to put down a preorder for 13 ;3; so many other rpgs coming out until then too that i will have to ignore for 13 orz BAD RELEASE TIMING, PEOPLE

ff12 sucks for side stuff; the summons you can find are utterly useless, no cool minigames, and the "guild quests" have no point and are boring ughh orz WHY SHOULD I SPEND 60 HOURS FIGHTING STUPID GUILD MONSTERS FOR USELESS ITEMS WHEN THE BEST ITEM IN THE GAME IS IN A BARREL TAT square you make me cry; bring back fun challenges with good rewards like chocobo breeding

That clip sounds so horrible. For a second I didn't believe it was real.

As for the new FF game it looks really shiny. So many pretty people I don't know who I would have in my party. I couldn't choose just a few of them.

yeah, at first I thought it was a joke or a fandub. x_x

and the FF13 cast is 100% sexy :d I usually only visually approve of half of an RPG's available party members, but this time it will be hard to pick just three pretty faces to stare at for the whole game. Even the little boy is cute ;_; usually the "little kid" characters in RPGs creep me out or annoy me or both (especially in the Tales series)
