For Layouts:
colors of your choice: Black and Pink (For Miyavi-kun ^-^)
borders / example: Doesn't really matter, as long as it goes with the Miyavi theme.
Anything else: I'd really like more recent pictures of him. I've got some that I can upload if you want me to.

I've got a question... since I'm not good at doing html-stuff, I wanted to know how to create an entry which is always on top of your journal? 'cause I just friendlocked my LJ and I need an entry where people can comment if they want to be added.

And which code do I need to use banners?

if you want your journal to be friends only (that's mean everyone who's not your friend won't be able to see your posts) you need to go here - http://www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/
on the section Additional privacy options
go to the Entry Security and choose Friends only. save the changes.
now, if you want the people who are not your friend to see your post (which will be on the top of the journal) you need to change this -
