I gave up on my Lent resolution three weeks before Easter. I was moonlighting too much on Facebook's absurdly buggy chat system. I decided to scrap the whole thing and get back on AIM. YOU WIN SATAN!

I had quite the adventure this morning. Today was my scheduled appointment with the Navy recruiter. The office is located somewhere in Irving. As per

I'm glad you're researching all your options. I kind of wanted to do the intelligence or Aviation side of Navy when I looked into it (well, sort of researched all military options really). I think either would be good for you as well. :]

Lolz. I would be a badass. I was looking into translation services within various branches and being a pilot. I looked into the navy a bit, but not really what exactly I wanted to do. I never talked to a recruiter for anything except Army, and it was just basic information, nothing in depth like you have.

Calculus and physics? Ugh, no thanks! Of those options that you qualify for, I'd pick Surface Warfare ("You sunk my battle ship!"). Keep updating on this progression, tho!

Liz, perhaps I should tell you about how happy I was when I found out that Psychology actually had a USE for Calculus! Granted, it was doing Fourier Analyses which the computer takes care of, but still! XD

If Nuke doesn't pan out, Surface Warfare is definitely my close 2nd choice I think. I will keep you posted!

Of course! Besides, it's the Navy. How is it dangerous at all? I don't plan on playing Rodeo with the cruise missiles, so I don't think you need to worry at all. ^_^
