It's occurred to me that I've been pretty boring lately. All I've been able to talk about are the kitties. I wonder why this is. Is it a result of me living a boring life? That can't be it. I may be practically pagan, but I still think Lent is a good idea for recognizing your vices and doing something in the hopes of making changes. Last year, I gave up alcohol and sodas. While I didn't exactly stop drinking alcohol, it has certainly allowed me to put more space between instances when I do drink and it's much easier to put it off. ( Read more... )

My mood lately has flatlined and plateaued. Despite going out and doing fun things with Anna on Friday and the Dallas World Aquarium with Justin, Jeremy, and Meagan on Saturday, not much is dislodging me from the dumps that I'm in.
