Hurricane Rita has extended her long arms all the way to Jacksonville. We have had some very heavy downpours today and last night, and this is the result. It's almost as deep as it was back when it flooded really bad a couple months ago!

No...our street didn't flood though, just out yard. It's really low.

Okay. Around my house, the streets are more likely to flood, because they are lower than the yards.

Whenever I see a picture like that, I think of marshes, and when I think of marshes, I think of Gollum when he leads Frodo and Sam through the marshes where the great battle took place. Eeesh!

However, your 'marsh' looks rather pretty! I love Florida in the rain. Which is like, all the time.

Yeah, it's amazing that we got so much rain and clouds from a storm that was sitting in the middle of the Gulf!
