Stupid midwife

So my BP is starting to act up I can self check and it will be something crazy like last nights 172/108 and then an hour later be a much respectable 124/77- it was low when the midwife came she ask me how I was I said I didn't feel great and that I thought it was the swing in my BP which was responsible - she said it wasn't possible and took about
