I am now in Southern California and will shortly be sunbathing in 70 degree weather--an entire 60 degrees warmer than Chicago this morning.

On another note, I have sooooo many things to catch up on that I should be laughing thinking about it. More to come later.

I've experienced my first snow in Chicago, and plenty more is due this week.

That, and PhD Comics is just missing the delta function right before vacation from finals Monday/Tuesday/Friday of next week.

Why does the this weekend the one with the most assignment work since classes started? Just my luck since tozier_wah, hypersnazz, and I are moving into my house this weekend.

I just hope all the paint touching up is done before this weekend--the painters who did the place did a horrible job.

Happy birthday, evil_dwagon. Wish you were still here to celebrate. Just means we have lots of partying to catch up on once we all get to that everlasting penthouse deaddog party.

Signed all the paperwork today. Now the real work begins.

Our research group just returned back to the lab after a Chinese dinner for a birthday. Upon opening my fortune cookie at the end of dinner, I get one that says, "You are the master of every situation."

I'm amused at least. XD
