Insurance hassles and first audit

Well, I knew my insurance was coming up due and I had received the policy last month to take effect later this month. It showed a 30% reduction in premium. Granted, the old policy did not have one of the discounts which was 10%. So logically, 30%-10% should mean a 20% reduction. I come home last night and find my bill in my mail box as I expected.
