Well, I have been going crazy for the last few weeks with this project. Tomorrow is the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. So far, we have had 9 companies come to campus. A 17,000 square foot home? Do you know how much fun you could have renovating it? I saw a old school that had been transformed on HGTV a year or two ago. It was so awesome and they left the chalkboards in the kids bedrooms so they could play on them.
