So I know that we don't usually talk, but it is important to try and navigate/manage your stressors. It certainly is a balancing act. I do recommend yoga though. If you're new, consider Hatha first. However if you consider yourself considerably athletic, go for Ashtanga. Avoid Bikram, as they raise the room temp considerably which can cause you to get sick initially. If they offer iron yoga or weightless yoga give that a try. And if you need an odd stranger to talk to, I'm happy to lend an ear. Tony Nguyen.
