Pics of the nursery

Dec 30, 2006 20:55

Mr. Panthy has been working his tiny little butt off working on finishing the nursery since he had the week off and baby will be coming soon.

Images are a bit big, so I'll cut to save your pages. ;^) I'm nice like that. Please note the rockin' baby dragon images so kindly supplied by Lucincia, the curmudgeon who usually stalks my LJ. *waves*

Spawnilicious! )

Love the dino theme. How appropriate! Spawn is going to love the room.

Thanks! We got some curtains last night. I'm not sure I like them. I'll have to see if they grow on me or not.

*G* if you decide you don't like them, new curtains are simple to make. *L* if we knew each other well enough to exchange addresses, i'd give you mine--you could mail me some fabric you like, and i could make you some uber-simple curtains. but, since we don't--would you care to give me permission to indulge one of my favorite hobbies? that of research? in this case, to find you some curtain patterns. *L*

Oh, I'm quite the seamstress. I took the ugly ones back after deciding they just didn't match.

I couldn't find any that did match what we were looking for, nothing in the fabric stores either, so I bought two sheets that were pretty darn close and will be making some cute curtains out of those. Hell, it was cheaper than fabric anyway.

Apparently we chose colors not found in nature/the rest of the world now, despite the earlier awesome finds. Bizarre.

Thanks! Yeah, I really like the crib too. It converts to a toddler bed, and then a regular bed with a nightstand. It's nice wood, too.
