Round Two: The L/V Pants-A-Thon
It's baaaaaaaaack! That's right, the L/V Leather Pants-a-Thon, the hybrid bastard child of loveathons and my obessession with Ben Browder's pants in Farscape, has returned as promised to shamelessly solicit more hot leather pants fic. Here are the rules:
Pants-A-Thon Challenge

Dates: The challenge runs June 1 through August 15. Entries must be submitted to this by 11:59 PST on August 15.
1. The challenge is to write an L/V fic prominently featuring a pair of leather pants. I don't care who's wearing the pants, or what they look like, or how they end up getting removed - as long as there are leather pants, I'm happy. The fic must be L/V. Just like over at loveathons, there can be other pairings, but the main emphasis must be L/V. Crossover is okay, but again - if it's not L/V, it's not a valid Pants-A-Thon entry.
2. Entries must be at least 1,000 words long. I want a lot of pants, people.
3. Entries must be rated PG-13 or above. Leather pants are hot. So are Logan and Veronica. I don't want any kiss-and-run crap. Give me hot hot leather lovin'!
4. There will be five categories in the contest: Hottest, Best Fluff, Best Angst, Best Characterization, and Most Creative Use of Pants. They will be decided via a readers' poll which will be open from midnight on August 16 until 11:59 pm. on August 31. There will be a Judges' Choice Award as well.
5. You may post your fics wherever you like - veronicamarsfic, fic_from_mars, loveathons - wherever you usually post. I'd love it if you'd mention the Pants-A-Thon Challenge in your post, too. Spread the leather love! Once you've posted your fic to your regular fic comm, make a cross-post to this community with a link to your fic. If you'd like to actually post your fic here and cross-post it elsewhere, that's also fine. The subject line of your comment should be: Title (Rating) Characters. Use the following format for the body of your post:

Rating:
Length:
Spoilers:
Summary:
Author's Notes (if any):
Then cut or fake-cut to your story.
6. Once the voting poll goes up, a few guidelines. First, no self-voting. Any self-votes will be expunged from the final count. Second, votes may only be cast by LJ accounts that exist prior to the opening of the poll. This means that if a vote is cast from an account created, for example, on August 20, it will not be counted in the final tally.
