Welcome back to Muncie, Jason! Why don't we start with by giving you a ridiculous speeding ticket to force you to pay money you don't have! Ahh, my days as a perfect citizen of the law are over. My first speeding ticket...boy the memory-making events just keep a'blowin' out of this town's ass. Don't worry, Muncie. Your day is coming ( Read more... )

Yes! And what made me mad was that I was making sure not to go above 75 mph on the highway the whole way down!! The cop caught me when I was speeding up to pass someone so I could let this guy riding my ass get around me. I KNOW that he saw the situation...I was hoping he would be sympathetic. Obviously that was expecting too much from the popo (or my mom calls them, "the fuzz")

Haha, I prefer the popo. And cops are never sympathetic. What sucks is that they break the law and get away with it. Today when I was in Fort Wayne a cop (license plate #7367) was speeding, passing on the right, and being a total ass.

I'm sorry that you had to be in Fort Wayne PERIOD, let alone have to deal with an asshole cop. At least you weren't stuck behind one of the old, geriatric drivers that congregate in the wonderful Fort. That's a real treat, let me tell you...

----{@ <~ flower.

There is a flower for getting one now, cuz I got my first and second before I turned 18. In ohio if you get one under 18 there is a lot of drama :-x

Whoa boy, you need to slow down! Haha, j/k. Well that's Ohio for ya...I've almost been pulled over a couple times in Ohio. It's just so easy to speed there, much like here, cuz there doesn't seem to be a whole lot around. I do like the Ohio law of being able to go into clubs at 18, though...gives me SOMETHING to do in the blasted Midwest. Oh well, 21 is approaching soon enough, anyway.

Ohio is a speed trap. As soon as you cross from Indiana into Ohio there are the staties sitting *right there*. Especially coming out of Michigan even cuz the speed limit drops from 70 to 55 in some spots.

Where I live of course till January 25th... is all corn and flat... but columbus... here I come. The only city I know where there are cows within the corp limit.

Columbus, eh? Columbus is a decent city. Decent people, decent nightlife, decent restaurants. Yeah, it's decent. When do you move? Must be for something pretty important to pack up everything...

Umm yeah, I'm here in Ohio, and I got 3 tickets in literally 3 weeks, look at my past posts

1 for speeding (75 in a 55)
1 for a hit and run (lol, not as bad as it sounds I really didn't know I hit the car)
and 1 for racing (bullshit, I was soo not racing but they didn't believe the whole I was trying to catch up with my friend story = (

Oh well, once you get your first ticket they just keep coming I'm serious

Have a good one, lol

Wow, it's like I'm talking with a convicted criminal or something. No offense, but you can keep that bad luck of yours...one ticket is MORE than enough for me. I just wish it would have been under a REAL speeding circumstance, not the bullshit that actually went down. I think I talked about it when I responded to someone else. It's just ridiculous. If I'm gonna get a ticket, I want it to be in my full, 20+ mph over the speed limit glory that I usually have :)

That sounds like me. I got my first going 76 in a 55 on a freeway and a 85 in a 55 on a country road (where there are *never* staties). They were both given to me when I was 17... but I turned 18 before the last court date. Anyhow, the first one was a 60 day suspension with priveledges and of course the last one ws 2 points, 32 day suspension, and 6 month probation... they did not tell me I had to take a defensive driving class so from 18 till I was 21 my license was revoked whups. Anyhow so last year I had to take my tests all over again.

Your day is coming, my dear. If we have another one of those instances where we are flying at 90 mph down I-465 trying to get to a LOTR premiere, I think your luck might run out. But it's alright, we'll just throw some molasses on the police officer and drive away.

hey, there's one good thing about my speeding...we got down to Florida hella fast. Who else do you know that could turn a 3 hour trip to Evansville into 1.5 hours, hm? :-P *still knocking on wood* haha

Well, before yesterday, I would say that I could (and have) done it, but now I've become Grandpa Jason behind the steering wheel...for a while, at least. *evil smirk* Ouch, that hurt my face!
