Surprising sketches. Very nice. Noticed new uploads of old trip to France while looking at set on Flickr. Very nice pics of Carcass-1 outing and ironwork. Makes me want to look up Montpelier this evening.

I had such a tragedy with my photos in France... I lived there for goddamn six months, right? I took photos the whole time and then in my last month my computer got FRIED and I lost THOUSANDS of my pictures. Only a couple handfuls survived because I'd burned them to disks to send to my parents :|

I know Americans impersonating British accents is annoying, but the other way around? FUCKING PAINFUL.

BRITS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO AMERICAN ACCENTS.

British accent? anonymous June 21 2007, 23:41:09 UTC
You're saying there's one accent for all the Scotish, English, Welsh, Irish et al?

No, just that Americans impersonating Londoners, Scousers, Welsh, Scottish, Brummies, Geordies and whatever the hell Janet Street Porter speaks is annoying. *rolleyes*

Christ, I get a little irritated when people think there's only one Brit accent, but nobody did that here mate, so stop with the self-righteous anger.

British suggestions _w_o_o_d_ June 22 2007, 11:58:11 UTC
So I asked around, and someone whose daughter lives in London came with the following suggestions :
- Nightclubs : Fabric or Ministry of Sound
- London Eye (I don't know what that is, probably not as weird as it sounds)
- Boat ride (cruise ?) on the Thames
- Wimbledon
- look in : http://www.timeout.com/london/

The London Eye is like a ferris wheel only it's HUGE and instead of seats you're in a big bubble that you can walk around in and admire the view from every direction.

Also a thing I did in London that was pretty fun was the Jack The Ripper Walk.

It seems there is another one, though. I don't remember which one I did.
