Sooo I've been updating DAR: A Super Girly Top Secret Comic Diary each week and I've got a small cache of comics to look through if you haven't checked in for a while. Or ever. Either way: comics!

Huh, that's weird- I'm not sure what you mean by my redirect links from 2003? The only redirect I have (That I know of) is www.darcomic.com, which takes the visitor to the webcomicsnation.com DAR account.

But I guess it works so whatever :)

What in the world is wrong with left breasts? They're generally the ones that misbehave. I sort of wish I had a pic of mine after surgery... I don't think the surgeons would have been too keen on taking a photo of it laying in a tray, however. Very happy to hear that your tumors were benign!

I think "Tea Kisses" is my fav. The rain one simply enforces the reason why I never bother with umbrellas when it rains!

This is why I'm rarely without a hat. (The rain, not left breasts.) Even on days like this, when the sun comes out while I'm at lunch, and I roast on the walk back.

It doesn't rain too much where I am, but I try to carry a hooded sweatshirt when I'm out during rain season, or a knit hat. My problem is that I get warm quickly, so when I go where it rains a lot, I don't dress warmly enough. I love getting soaked in the rain, so the water isn't the problem, it's the cold. Last rain experience: Scotland and freezing downpours, with a hoodie and a knit cap between me and the rain. Brr!

PS: Icon love! Tim Sale's art, isn't it?

It could very well be Sale's art. I believe I grabbed it from a page Neil Gaiman posted in his journal. I should have upped the contrast and the saturation a bit. I needed a DC comic icon, and Eddie there seemed to fit the bill perfectly. Plus it doubles so nicely for pensive.

I'm always getting tripped up by the heat vs. wet issue. The cold doesn't bother me much, but apparently being wet (and yes, cold and wet) does. Turns out this is why I like snow so much -- it's cold, but it's a dry cold. If I could just increase my damp resistance a bit, I'd be overheating much less.

I kind of blinked at the semi-NSFW of the covers, but my current attitude at work has me really wanting to check out Boobs.

Hello, I just lurk here having discovered this place of coolness many moons ago (I'm a lowly comics writer) but I've had to e-mail your boob comic to the director of our organisation (does that make it work safe?)
