Okay, so before my LJ whoring days, I was whoring online TCGs. Like...obsessively. It's fun, if you've never tried it. I was a moderator on several and was even actively involved in updating one to the point of co-owning it. HOWEVER, this was a pain in the ass because PHP does not really make it that much easier. It's just as frustrating

I'd just like to pop in to say that I appreciate that last comment especially. I'm not doing all of the ones mentioned by any stretch, since making 20 little "cards" is time consuming. I'm just seeing what series are popular so that I can make decks out of my own fandom range that other people will want to collect.

For example, I'm a big fan of the character Diva from Blood+, but hardly anyone is even that far into the series yet. But I still made a deck for my own amusement. And at the same time, I'm not the biggest Haruhi fan in the world, but all the main characters will get their own deck because I know that series is popular. And if you (or anyone else, for that matter) is curious, here is a sample card and the master badge from each of the aforementioned.

Sadly, Blood+ is a disappointing series in itself, but I would sure like some more well written fanfiction. Everything else I can live with, haha.

Oh, it's certainly a lot of work. I'm not even going to post the name of the community until I get at least 50 decks and even from there I'll still be making at least a few every week. I just have to get it started to the point that those that do join will see at least one deck they like, hopefully. Because...if there isn't one that you like, then it's not like it's fun (or possible, honestly) to join. But I'm a graphics whore anyways, so I don't exactly mind.
