You need to check the way leave agreement Signed by any previous owner of the property. Unfortunately this agreement carries over to any future owners. Even if you didn't sign or agree to it, sadly you are stuck with it under English law

Wow, good luck resolving that problem...

I would have thought that since it was a previous owner, their authorisation would be with that person...
I, for one, would write to them and tell them that they have x number of months to get rid of it, otherwise you'll get rid of it for them.

As long as they get it done quickly-ish and make your garden nice again, then why not let them?
Otherwise, go to a Citizens Advice Bureau and speak to them.
In any case, if you own the property and you haven't signed anything giving Virgin rights to your property, then they can't really enforce anything the previous owner signed for.
So:
1) Write to them to tell them that they have, say, 2 months to get it off your property and after that, you'll get rid of it for them. Record yourself saying this to the next managers, and also send it to them in a recorded letter.;
2) Go see your local CAB office about it;
3) see one of those 'no-win no-fee' solicitors about suing them for emotional distress...
