Thankfully you don't need to speak french fluently to work a stock job. You just need to know the names of the products you're working with, and be understood fairly well by coworkers. Done that job. Was stuck in stock, cause my french wasn't good enough for the cash.

thats just it, they want to cross train the stock clerk to fill in on cash as well :(
