It looked like a bunch of flowers at first but it's a German soldier. :P I love those things and they seem hard to do. I admire anyone who has the patience do be able to accomplish such things.

Oh my goodness no, it was a little utility i had years ago, created an ASCII picture from your jpeg image. Cool, huh? You could probably find one somewhere on the world wide nets still.

the source image filename is MovTV_SiegImWesten from which i am gathering it was called Sieg im Westen. I have always known the actor to be female, but I can't remember what site I got the image from years ago. Maybe from Nazi Babes Of The Web (before it became a pay site)
