I wish i could say my A levels were over and that i'm going into army somewhere in February at least. But hell no, it don't work like that in Singapore. Ah well it's almost over anyway and Napfa's on Wed (FMLTTM!) so let's all pray that Paolo passes his Napfa so that he'll get to enjoy some free time and freedom before he gets his ass whooped by

anyway all the best for pullups :) don't overspam do like in intervals with plenty of stretching in between?
like your maximum minus two, do that five times with five minutes rest in between each time that's one set.
then do about 3-5 a day depending on your awesomeness. and rest 36 hours before the actual test!
and stretch! :D
