So I found this site that has an ER database of cases from several hospitals, as sort of like an example of what they get. You can search for any word and if its in the narrative (description of injury, how it occurred, ect) it will be listed.
Now, while there are countless stories of my male friends getting their penises caught in zippers (although the primary imagery of someone taking a leak and then getting their penis caught and thrashing around wildly while peeing all over themselves is amusing, it grows dull after the 3rd page), there are also a number of misplaced, totally awkward entries like this:
"SPENT WEEKEND AT UNCLE'S EXGIRLFRDN HOUSE, SLEEPING IN BED W/12 YO COUS IN, WOKE TO UNDERWEAR PULLED DOWN, ARMS BEHIND BACK, PENIS IN HIS BUTT"
